Character Animator

• Work closely with the Animation Director to achieve the project's artistic style.
• Animate realistic, story-driven character actions in Unreal Engine, that are exciting, emotional and compelling.
• Take ownership of complex action sequences, including fight scenes, chase sequences, and character interactions.
• Deliver quality animation on time within daily animation output.
• Communicate with other departments, including modeling and rigging, to ensure seamless integration of characters and assets.

• 3+ years experience as a CG Animator in tv, film or games, capable of a high output a day.
• Strong showreel showcasing recent professional work.
• Strong understanding of traditional animation principles, acting, anatomy and storytelling.
• A good technical understanding of models and rigs.
• Great time-management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good communication skills
• Ability to take feedback and direction.

• Experience animating in Unreal Engine or other realtime engines
• Lead or supervisor experience 
• Skills in other areas of production e.g. modeling, concept, scripting, rigging, comping
• Understanding of Scandinavian languages
• A good sense of humor
